INITIAL CONSULTATION (lasts approximately 1-2 hours) : Starts at $150 up to $350
We begin with a walk-through of the home and assess what staging needs the home has and what should be done. We do this from a buyer’s prospective, discussing your home’s positives as well as its challenges, and offer specific and detailed changes to give it the “WOW” factor in the form of a detailed and well thought out Action Plan.
The “Do It Yourself” 10 page (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive report detailing all of the actions we would take to transform your home as well as vendor recommendations. We give you the expertise so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself. We will also provide you with digital pictures of your staged home to assist you and your Realtor in your Marketing efforts.
Pricing is as follows:
- Up to 1,000 Square feet : $150
- Up to 2,000 Square feet: $200
- Up to 3,000 Square feet: $250
- Up to 4,000 Square feet: $300
- Over 4,000 Square feet: $350
If you would prefer that Elite Redesign complete the Action Plan for you, we would be happy to. Please consult the pricing for Half Day Staging or Full Day Staging below.
HALF DAY STAGING: $350
Well suited for a home 2,000 square feet or cozier, We'll spend up to 4 hours in your home refining all your spaces to reflect a warm and comfortable environment. We highly recommend scheduling an Initial Consultation first.
FULL DAY STAGING: $600
Best suited for a home larger than 2,000 square feet. We'll spend a full day (approximately 6 hours) making sure each room reflects a well thought out, defined living space that will show beautifully! You won't believe what a difference will unfold in such a short time! We highly recommend scheduling an Initial Consultation first.
NEW LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND: $895
(includes a completed Action Plan)
Perfect for the home that is just about to go on the market or having an Open House in order to make a terrific first impression! We will spend two full days preparing the house for its “coming out” day. We will be working off of the detailed Action Plan that will be given to the home seller in order to complete and maintain the transformations at the end of the session. We will work with your Realtor to ensure your home looks perfect!
PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES: $50 Per Hour
No time to shop? Not sure what to look for or where to go? Leave it to Elite Redesign. We will enthusiastically take on the challenge in finding just the perfect elements for your home.
With your budget in mind, we know where to go to find just what your home needs to reflect your personal style. And, we'll do it for a reasonable hourly rate!
